Anthony McKay
Founder and Director

Anthony is an accomplished senior manager, key strategist and business process specialist with international experience in both Canada and the UK and over 15 years experience delivering business improvement projects to organisations across Australia.

Anthony specialises in strategy development, managing large scale business process improvement initiatives and complex transformational change projects. Throughout his career Anthony has a proven track record for leading change and delivering improvements to business processes across a range of industries including professional services, financial services, media, entertainment, publishing and FMCG.

Anthony is also experienced in the development and implementation of business and IT strategies and has led and motivated teams to achieve across multiple business functions including Sales and Marketing, Finance and IT.

Loretta O'Sullivan
Business Process and Operations Manager

Loretta is an accomplished senior manager and business process professional with a consistent track record for delivering improvements to business processes across a range of industries. She has experience leading large process improvement projects across the media and digital industries.

Loretta has worked across a wide variety of management roles and complex business projects. This includes managing frontline customer service teams and leading cross-functional project teams on large scale business transformation initiatives.
